Posting again?......Already?

I'm back posting again as promised. Not much has changed except I'm now 27. And suprisingly I feel the same. I'm not sure what I expected, I guess I thought that something would fall of but it didn't. Maybe I was thinking that I would wake up and I'd be fat and grey and wrinkly (not that there is anthing wrong with that I love my grammy) But you know. Anyway everything is going well and I'm going to get in a kick a$$ lower body workout today and I'm thinkg of trying complexes sometime this week.

We are all awaiting Jen's big win We all know she got it! I keep checking her blog for that post!
