Finally a picture


I know it has been a very long time and One day I will do better about posting. Things have been going good and I'm down to about 135. Everything is going well except the heavy leg day, It huts my hernia so I had to lower my weights there a bit. Other than that all is well. My birthday is coming up and I will be 27 OMG the only thing that makes me feel older is my 5 foot 9 year old.

I promise to post more often.

    I sure have missed you lately. I've been posting pics on myspace lately and was going to add one of us...but now I wanna add one with your new look!! :) when will you be coming back to t-town? we need to meet up!

    What can I say, but without sounding too forward, you look really beautifiul. The new look is really flattering for you :-).

    Congrats on the weight changes. I know it's been hard especially with the Hernia, so much luck to you for that. I hope it gets sorted soon.

    Hope you had a great Christmas, and lots of luck for the comning year, and a big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to you.

    You seem like someone who deserves a lot of wonderful things in life, so I personally hope you get them, and frankly I was 27 4 years ago, and you are not old.

    Just keep telling yourself that ;-). I was still lapsing when I hit 29 ha ha ha.

    At 31, I haven't suddenly started to look like a Bulldog, so I must be doing something right :-p.

    Anyway, have a fantastic birthday. I hope there's lots of heartwarming moments for you, and keep working hard on those physical changes. You should be so proud of them, especially with all the parental responsibilities.

    To fit the training in, is no mean feat, and you can see how much the effort is paying off.
