I'm still doing good in the calorie department.
Totals on yesterday was cal/fat/carb/pro

Chest flys dumbells

Upright row
40 lbs + bar x 6
40 lbs + bar x 6
40 lbs + bar x 6
40 lbs + bar x 6
40 lbs + bar x 6
Over head press
35 lbs + bar x 6
35 lbs + bar x 6
35 lbs + bar x 6
35 lbs + bar x 6
35 lbs + bar x 6
Bent over row
35 + bar x 6
45 + bar x 6
45 + bar x 6
45 + bar x 6
45 + bar x 6
Side lat raises
17 lbs x 6
17 lbs x 6
17 lbs x 6
17 lbs x 6
17 lbs x 6
Bicep curl
35 lbs + bar x 7
35 lbs + bar x 7
35 lbs + bar x 7
35 lbs + bar x 7
35 lbs + bar x 7
Also a 7 min warm up and cool down.
I cant figure out how to put up lonks on the side bar
Any help ?

hey girl...click help from your dashboard (where you post) and type "links" for a search...that's how I had to figure it out. it's kinda confusing...but if you stay focused and keep scrolling til you find that example, it finally comes to ya. :)
