Thinking about the SH*%%Y future!
I did 45 minutes of cardio yesterday and my calories were this: cal/fat/pro/carb

I do a low carb day when I dont lift. And yes my cals were a little low cause I missed a meal but I have learned that a weekly caloric check is just as good as a daily. I try and avrage it all out but If I'm low on one day I normally add 100 calories everyday for the next 4 days or I 'll just pick it up on my free day. Does that make sense?
I'm sure enjoying these calories and my free days that I'm going to be such a B&*%*$ when I cut so you guys dont get used to my kindness Its gonna get Nasty come mid august, I'm just sayin.
